Delivery Policy

Free delivery is offered on all items delivered to mainland UK, which are posted out Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). No items are dispatched over the weekend.

The free delivery service is a Royal Mail 48 service with a 1 day dispatch time. We do endeavour to dispatch orders the same working day if made before 2pm. Our working days are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), order placed over the weekend or bank holidays will be shipped next working day.

Refunds & Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the item for whatever reason, please contact us via e-mail to discuss the issue. We operate a 30 day return policy, so the item must be returned back to us within 30 days of the sale date.

If the item is damaged, faulty, or not as described then we will provide a full refund if a replacement part cannot supplied. You must notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or faulty part so a prompt resolution can be actioned.
